La Reserva Rotana Private Golf & Wine Resort’s main restaurant is the tastefully furnished “Sa Rotana”, which offers a delicious breakfast buffet, as well as gourmet lunch and dinner menus and à la carte dishes.
Recommended by the Michelin Guide 2010, it delights even the most demanding palates and gourmets with a refined Mediterranean cuisine, using fresh produce from the finca's own farm and locally sourced seasonal ingredients. It is the ideal place to enjoy a business lunch, our famous Golf Menu, or a romantic candle light dinner in its shady outdoor patio, while listening to the relaxing sound of the water fountain.
The chef, Mario Fritzsche, who has a long track record of Michelin recommended restaurants, combines creativity with local taste to create a selection of delicious and innovative Majorcan and international dishes.
Guests can indulge their taste for inspired cuisine and select from a wide choice of fine local and international champagnes and wines, including the Reserva Rotana wines produced from the private vineyards and cellar.
